Yansser Cardoso was born in 1980 in Cuba and despite his relative young age, Yansser can look back at an outstanding musical career.
After high school, he attended the prestigious Conservatory of Music "Jose White" in Camaguey in Cuba and graduated with the title "Instrumental musicians - teachers for percussion and ensemble practice". Then he joined as a percussionist the Symphony Orchestra of Camaguey . A tour with his orchestra under the direction of Luis Aguirre Rouvira which took him to Germany, where he worked with famous composers such as David Paul Graham, Bernd Hänschke and Louis Aguirre Rovira. Back in Camaguey he was appointed at the Conservatory "Jose White" as music teacher in percussion.
Throughout his careed he has played with artists such as David Paul Graham, Louis Aguirre Rovira, Boney M, Sergio Vargas, NoAngels, Buena Vista Social Club, Ballet Folklorica of Camaguey, Labana, Lou Vega, Havan Open, Orient Express Tanz Company, Tony Martinez, and many others. He also is a very active and in demand teacher for percussion.
